Before using Averlea’s Portal Service, you will need WhatsApp installed on the device (e.g. computer, tablet or phone) you wish the call the Portal on. Many help pages can be found on the internet by typing ‘how to install WhatsApp’, into Google.

When you wish to use the Portal Service;
1, Call Averlea on 01726 66892 to arrange a suitable time to call an Averlea Resident
2, You will receive a phone number from the person you speak to at Averlea which needs to be added to your phone contacts in your phone
3, With WhatsApp loaded on your phone, you will be able to search your phone contacts for the number you were given
4, Then press the video icon at the top of the page to call
